where do I start ? I am a funny person with good sense of humour ...I have a son named Aidan which I try to see almost daily . Work at Freeport and a very dedicated and fit person. At the moment am living in Bugibba. I try to be positive as much as i can altough i must admit I had a few failures this year that hit me hard...but the important thing is that i learnt alot form past experience and eventually will come out stronger as a character !!
Interests
well am madly in love with sports ..coming from a track background (1'52 in 800m , 3'57 in 1500m) now training from 12 to 16 hrs a week (triathlon)..this year was a good year for me placing top 3 places in Cycling Time trials and Triathlons with a win in Malta Duathlon Championships (course record) and Middle Distance Triathlon (4hrs 34 mins). Next year will be my big year ...planning to move to Powerman and Ironman races.. ironman races are 3.8km swim / 180km cycling and 42km run.....!! any takers ? :) Just applied for Ironman Austria 2009 !!

On Friday 27th June I will attempt to kayak from Malta to Sicily with a group of friends. We are doing this to raise funds for the Malta Cancer Foundation. Almost everybody has watched a loved one, family member or friend suffer through this condition and our aim is to help the foundation improve in-patient care and the patient – family focused centre.

NIce to see you here Fab !! We used to RUn together at Marsa track. Those were unforgetable times with DOnato Sabia, Xandru Grech, Mario Bonello, Deidre, Karl + others.
We used to suffer a lot to obtain good results. No pain no gain. I enjoyed doing the 400m with you. Unfortunately i stopped running.
Fabio is a very funny and cool person. He enjoys every moment of live even unpleasant one.. Can turn a tragedy to a comic one. He is a super positive person and never let people down.
